Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you complete the AIShield survey, we collect your email address and your survey responses (Yes/No answers to 20 governance questions). We do not collect any personally identifiable information beyond your email address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Generate a personalized AI governance package based on your survey answers
• Deliver the governance package to your email address via SendGrid
• Send occasional product updates and governance resources from Patriot Consulting (you may unsubscribe at any time)

3. AI Processing

Your survey answers (without your email address) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a customized NIST AI RMF policy document. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing. We do not share your email address with Anthropic.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• SendGrid (Twilio) — Email delivery
• Anthropic — AI policy generation
• Vercel — Application hosting

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to Patriot Consulting communications. Your survey answers are used solely to generate your governance package and are not stored beyond the processing of your request.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your email address or opt out of communications at any time by emailing privacy@patriotconsultingtech.com.
